How does the unlimited trial work?
Whim charges a simple monthly fee and offers full flexibility. Use your product as long as you like with no long-term commitment, and cancel anytime and return with no cancellation or shipping fees. If your product has an issue, you’ll receive a no-cost replacement to minimize any downtime. You can purchase at any time by requesting a quote via support or your customer portal.
How does cancelling and returning work?
You can cancel anytime by contacting us or logging into your account with password-less login at try.reencle.co. You will no longer make recurring subscription payments under the subscription after you cancel. We’ll send you a prepaid return label so you can pack and ship your items.
There are no cancellation or shipping fees. We do not prorate unused days in your final month. If you don’t return your item within 7 days, you may be assessed holdover fees. In cases of severe damage from misuse or abuse, a damage fee may apply.
How do I purchase it? How does this differ from financing or rent-to-own?
The trial is not financing or rent-to-own: there’s no long-term commitment, no accruing ownership, and no waiting for a term to end.
Separate from your trial, you can request a purchase quote anytime through support or your customer portal; pricing is based on our assessment of fair market value, which generally declines over time and depends on factors like release dates, product age, product condition, demand, and inventory.
Purchase quotes will have separate terms and conditions, and if you buy the product you gain ownership but will lose unlimited-trial benefits (such as free returns, recurring consumables, included software subscriptions, and no-cost replacements).

Your trial includes a new or like-new Reencle Prime and unlimited filter and microbe refills upon request.
Enjoy a no-cost replacement for any problem arising from normal use. Your product is eligible as long as payments remain current. In cases of severe damage from misuse or abuse, a damage fee may apply up to full replacement cost.
Who is eligible? What regions are supported?
You must be at least 18 years old to start a trial. A valid U.S. government-issued ID may be required to verify your age and identity. Trials are only available to residents of the contiguous 48 United States; we do not offer trials in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or other countries.

What if I no longer have my original packaging?
You may be charged a replacement packaging fee of $175. If your Reencle Flex subscription renews because you are waiting on replacement packaging, you will still be charged if you miss your delivery window. Please consider this if you lose or throw away your packaging.

What if my Reencle Composter is returned damaged?
If your Reencle Composter is damaged due to user error or negligence, you will be charged for any replacement parts and a damage fee relative to how long you were subscribed and the extent of the damage, between $20 and $449. If the Reencle Composter is damaged in transit or some other reason not on account of your use, please report this to us immediately and you will not be charged. Please ensure you properly repackage your Reencle Composter and related durable accessories, as you will be charged for any damage due to improper return packaging.
How long do refunds take?
Usually, refunds are only issued to customers who cancel before their order is shipped. Transfer time depends on your bank, but funds are generally available within 7-10 days. Refunds are returned to the payment method you used when you placed your order.
We currently only support orders across the contiguous United States (not Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories) and traditional payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also assess standard risk factors, which is common practice due to the high value of the product (but this does not affect your credit score). Our kit includes two filters, replace every 9-12 months due to a 131°F internal temperature that eliminates odor-causing bacteria. Our microbes also prevent harmful bacteria, ensuring durability for 1-2 years and outlasting dehydrators in the market

No need for regular microbe purchases; they naturally reproduce. After buying the machine, extra bags are unnecessary unless there's a cultivation issue. As decomposition occurs, microbes naturally increase
To use microorganisms for composting:
- Remove compost with the provided scoop, keeping the MIN line inside the unit.
- Sift to remove undecomposed pieces.
- Mix 1 part compost with 4 parts soil.
- Cure the mixture for 3 weeks in a breathable container.
It's ready when it's dark, crumbly, and smells earthy.
For your convenience, we've outlined instructions tailored to your travel duration:
For trips under a week- Keep the power cord plugged in.
- Moisten the microorganisms on your departure day.
- Stop adding food waste 2-3 days before leaving.
- Use the "dry" function for 2-3 days to keep microorganisms dry.
- Unplug the power cord when you leave.
- Store microorganisms in a sealed ziplock bag in a cool, dark place.
- Upon return, reconnect power, add microorganisms, and activate them with 500ml of water after 6 hours.
The Max line at the top of the Reencle chamber indicates when to remove the byproduct. You can choose to remove it at the glowing white (LED) line for more frequent emptying, about every two weeks, or at the "Min" line for less frequent removal, about monthly. The method depends on your preference and needs.
