Poor customer service
Very disappointing. I was asking for a microbiome kit to restart the unit that I bought for my daughter. She couldn’t use it and gave it to me. I would have kept it but there was no reply from customer service. I now see that you advertise them. What a lost opportunity. Since I didn’t hear from you I returned it!
Slow Shipping
I have just placed the starter so no opinion yet. disappointed that it took over 2 weeks for product to arrive. Unable to speak to company and was referred to a track your order page. The starter has worked well in the past, so I assume similar success with this batch.
Love it!
I love this little composter! I rented one for a year and decided to go ahead and purchase my own. Quickly and quietly it transforms my leftovers and other garbage into beautiful compost! It’s quiet and there is no smell at all!
So far, we love it.
We’ve had it less than a month and went from a small dehydrator style composters and are thrilled with the upgrade. I do wish the empty and full lines were more noticeable.
Enjoying my indoor composter
I’m very happy with my Gravity composter. It handles a lot of food scraps and is producing a lot of compost. I just bought a large galvanized Trashcan with ventilation holes in order to age the compost mixed with soil since you can’t start using it right away. I’m looking forward to using it in my raised bed and pots.
